Alexander Martyanov, born in 2003 in Moscow, graduated from the F. Chopin Children's Music School, where he studied under Olga Gruzdeva. He then graduated from the F. Chopin Moscow State College of Musical Performance, where he studied under Sergey Artsibashev. Since 2023, he has been a student at the P. I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where he studies under Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Andrey Pisarev, and People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Nikolai Lugansky.
He has received the following awards at international competitions:
In 2022, he received the first prize at the International Competition "Maestro" (Gyumri, Armenia).
In 2023, he received the first prize at the VIII International Piano Competition in Memory of Vera Lothar-Shevchenko (Yekaterinburg).
He is a laureate of the "Young Talents of Russia" award (Moscow) and received a grant from the Mayor of Moscow in the field of culture and arts (2022).
He regularly participates in concerts organized by the Vladimir Spivakov and Oksana Fedorova Foundations.
He is actively engaged in concert performances. He has appeared on the stages of the Moscow Conservatory, Zaryadye Hall, the Moscow International House of Music, the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg College of Music, the D. Hvorostovsky Siberian State Institute of Arts (Krasnoyarsk), and in the concert halls of the Ural State Conservatory, as well as in various cities such as Rzhev, Vladimir, Yaroslavl, and others.
