Born in Moscow in the year 2000, Arsen's musical journey began in 2013 when he graduated from the music school affiliated with the Moscow State College of Music Performance named after F. Chopin. He was a student in the class of Professor Suren Akhnazaryan. In 2019, he enrolled in the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, where he studied under the guidance of People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Sergey Girshenko.
Arsen has participated in masterclasses conducted by Sergey Girshenko in Syracuse.
He has been recognized as the laureate of the 2nd prize at the II All-Russian Competition of Symphony Orchestra Artists held in Moscow in 2022.
