Eduard was born in St. Petersburg in 1986. He began to study music at the Secondary Special School of Music at the St. Petersburg N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatoire (class of Marina Wolf). He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Conservatoire (class of Professor, Honoured Artist of Russia Alexander Sandler). Then he completed his postgraduate studies at the St. Petersburg Conservatoire under the same professor and also was a student of the faculty of composition (class of Professor Alexander Mnatsakanian).
Laureate of international competitions:
2004 - The 3rd Prize Award in the Sergey Prokofiev Russian National Music Competition in Kazakhstan.
2008 - The 2nd Prize Award in the International competition of vocal and piano duets “Three Centuries of Classical Romance”, and the 1st Prize Award as a composer in the category “The best romance to the poems of the Silver Age” (St. Petersburg).
In 2007, the pianist was awarded the “Georges Cziffra” Prize at the Prag-Wien-Budapest International Academy and in 2009 he was awarded the “Koehler Osbahr” foundation Prize (Germany).
The pianist has performed at Russian and international festivals such as Notti Musicali Modenese in Italy (2004), Festival der Klaenge in Vienna (2009), Rund ums Klavier in Oberhausen (2010) and Bistrampolio Festivalis in Lithuania (2011). Repeatedly he participated in the international music festival “Petersburger Palaste”, as well as in the international music academy “Manhattan School of Music”. He is a regular guest of festivals organized by the Cziffra Stiftung Foundation in Austria. Eduard participates in programs of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation and the New Names Foundation.
Eduard regularly performs at various concert halls in Moscow and St Petersburg, and he tours active in Germany, Austria, Italy and the Netherlands. He performes in Luxembourg, Brussels and Vilnius.
As a soloist, he works with the orchestras Duisburger Philarmoniker, Arnhem Philharmonic Orchestra “Het Gelders Orkest”. He has performed solo programs in such halls as ORF Radio-Kulturhaus in Vienna, Duisburger Mercatorhalle, Lehmbruck-Museum (Germany), De Vereeniging, SACRUM Arnhem (Holland).
He pays great attention to chamber instrumental music and concertmaster activity, and has also authored several vocal cycles for voice and piano and a number of musical compositions.
