Ekaterina began her flute studies at the Schnittke Music Aesthetic Lyceum. In 2004, Ekaterina entered the Saratov State Conservatory (class of Professor, Honored Artist of Russia, professor Evgeny Balashov).
In 2005, she won an interregional young performers competition.
In 2000, she was awarded the Governor's Honorary Badge “Hope for the Province”.
During the decade spent at lyceum, she became a participant, laureate and winner of many competitions (from 1998 to 2002), took part in concerts and festivals in various cities of Russia (Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Engels).
Ekaterina also takes part in concerts and ensembles at the Conservatory and performs works by contemporary composers.
