Elina was born in a family of musicians, in Ufa, in 1990. The future cellist started her music education in the secondary special school (lyceum) of the Ufa State Institute of Arts (class of Mikhail Afanasyev, Honored Cultural Worker). In 2009, the girl graduated from the Central Music School of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Professor Igor Gavrysh, People’s Artist of Russia). Currently, Elina is an assistant trainee of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory and a musician in the Evgeny Svetlanov State Academic Symphony Orchestra.

In 2012, winner of the 1st Knushevitsky International Cello Competition (Saratov).
Elina is a fellow of “Vozvrascheniye" Chamber Music Foundation (2009). Also, she participated in the "Chopin Days in Moscow" International Festival.
Many times Elina performed solo and together with various music ensembles at the best Moscow venues. The young musician goes extensively on tours throughout Russia. Her lovely playing was accompanied by the Yaroslavl Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of the Saratov Philharmonic, Nikolaev Youth Symphony Orchestra, Izhevsk State Symphony Orchestra. She participated in master classes by Emanuel Schmidt (Germany), Ivan Monighetti (Switzerland), Antonio Meneses (Italy), Wolfgang Redik (Austria).
