Born in 2002 in the city of St. Petersburg, Igor Roshchupkin began his musical education at the Glinka Choral School under the guidance of teacher Maria Nazarova. Since 2020, he has been a student at the St. Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, studying piano under the mentorship of Valeryan Vishnevsky, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, and Professor Alexander Sandler.

He has participated in masterclasses led by K. Knorre, A. Mndoyants, and I. Osipov.
Currently, Igor Roshchupkin is actively performing at various concert venues in St. Petersburg, presenting both solo and chamber programs. His repertoire encompasses piano and chamber works from the Baroque, Classicism, Romanticism, and the 20th century.
He has been a participant in the programs of the St. Petersburg Music House since 2023.
