Born in 2001 in Ulyanovsk, Leyla Gamidova began her musical education at Children's Music School No. 4 under the guidance of Margarita Podymova. Leyla later graduated from the Secondary Specialized Music School of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory, specializing in piano under the mentorship of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Vladimir Mishchuk. Since 2020, she has been a student of the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory (class of the same teacher, and since 2022, the class of teacher O.G. Vainshtein).

In 2019, she was awarded the II Prize at the International Competition of Youth Performing Arts named after G.V. Sviridov in Saint Petersburg.
In 2021, she emerged as the winner in the "Ensemble" category at the IV International Competition of Pianists named after Stanislav Neuhaus in Chelyabinsk.
Leyla has also excelled in various international and national competitions, earning recognition as a scholarship holder of the All-Russian competition "Young Talents of Russia".She participated in sessions at the Sirius Educational Center in Sochi under the guidance of Igor Rogalev in 2016 and 2018, and Natalia Karsh in 2017.She achieved finalist status in the festival-competition "Kustendorf CLASSIC" held in Serbia in 2019.Since 2018, she has been actively participating in concerts at the International Festival of Arts "World of Arts. Contrasts," showcasing her compositions in various concert halls in Saint Petersburg. Notable compositions include "Air Routes" for domra and piano, "Cloud in Pink" for flute and piano, as well as piano pieces like "Arabesque," two preludes, and "Poetic Picture" for piano and flute.
