Mikhail was born in St. Petersburg in 2001. He is a graduate of Secondary Specialized School of Music at the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (class of teacher Andrey Ivanov). Since 2019 he is a student at the N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatoire (class of Honoured Artist of Russia Alexei Massarsky).
He was awarded the 2nd Prize at the 3rd Russian National Music Competition for playing in strings quartet (St. Petersburg - Moscow, 2019)
He won prizes at youth contests.
He took part in workshops by Louise Hopkins, Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Denis Severin, Dmitry Kouzov. He also participated in the "Music House Summer Academy" in the class of Sergei Roldugin (2020).
He was awarded scholarship from the Vladimir Spivakov’s Foundation (2014-2016).
He is a participant in the 8th International Music Festival in Rheinau (Switzerland), the International Project "Dresden Music History and Modernity: Saxony, Russia, Czech Republic "(Germany), the International Chamber music competition and festival "In Corpore"(Tallinn), International Summer Academy Mürren 2018 "Musik Baut Brücken” (Switzerland), the 27th season of the international festival "Young Virtuosos” in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
He is the first cello in the cello group at the Student Symphony Orchestra.
He participates in programms provided by the Saint-Petersburg Music House since 2020.
