Nikolay was born in Sochi, in 1992. He graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov Music College (class of Gennady Kuteev), where since 2008, he was a concertmaster of the wind instruments team of the Youth Symphony Orchestra n.a. Paulavichus. Since 2011, Nikolay has been a student of the Rimsky-Korsakov Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory (class of Boris Taburetkin). In 2012-2013, he played in the orchestra of the State Academic Capella. And in September 2013, he joined the orchestra of the Mariinsky Theater.
Nikolay is a laureate of the international music competitions:
In 2011, the 2nd Prize at the 9th Bolshiyanov All-Russian Competition (Krasnodar).
In 2013, the 2nd Prize at the Rimsky-Korsakov International Competition (Saint-Petersburg).
In 2014, winner of the International Trumpet Competition (Tallinn).
Since 2012, the musician has been taking part in the Saint-Petersburg Music House programs.
