Russia Day will be celebrated in Tel-Aviv
On June 15, Thursday, will be held concert of series "Embassy of Musical Mastery" dedicated to Russia Day in Israel. St. Petersburg Music House invites to the Russian Cultural Center in Tel Aviv, wherein young Petersburgers, laureates of international competitions Zakhar Katsman (french horn) and Alina Fedoseeva (piano).
Brass music fans will enjoy listening the rare-sounding French horn solo. Zakhar Katsman will perform Schumann's Adagio and Allegro and Bernhard Krol`s «Laudatio» («Magnificat»). Then it will continue with Jean Françaix`s Divertissement and Rachmaninoff`s "Vocalise" in the spectacular French horn transcription of Anton Usov.
Alina Fedoseeva will perform pianistic Skryabin`s Poems, virtuoso Chopin’s Rondo, which is proclaimed a “manifesto of romanticism”, and Prokofiev`s 9 Pieces from "Romeo and Juliet" Ballet.
Zakhar Katsman, 29 years old, was born in Leningrad. He is the Graduate of St. Petersburg Conservatory (Class of Associate Professor Anatoly Chepkov). In 2016 he became the Laureate of Russia-wide Music Competition (Moscow) and the Winner of the Russia-wide Competition-Festival "Silver Sounds" (Petrozavodsk). The Artist of Mariinsky Theater Youth Orchestra. The Member of Music House Programs since 2016.
Alina Fedoseeva, 20 years old. She was born in Severomorsk, Murmansk Region. Student of St. Petersburg Conservatory (class of Peter Laul). The Winner of International Mozart Competition (Italy, 2016), International Music Competition Crescendo (USA, 2017) and International Piano Competition (Paris, 2017). Member of Music House programs since 2015.

"Embassy of Musical Mastery" is the unique project of St. Petersburg Music House and Rossotrudnichestvo, which has been held since 2012 and includes visiting meet-the-artist events of leading Russian musicians, as well as tours of young soloists at Russian Centers of Science and Culture in foreign countries.
