Alexey was born in Leningrad in 1986. In 2003 he graduated with honors from Serebryakov Children's Art School (class of Sergei Kucherenko). In 2008, he graduated cum laude from the Mussorgsky College of Music (class of Honored Worker of Culture of Russia Larisa Shelgunova). Then he pursued his study at the Milano Conservatory (Italy), in class of professor Francesco Di Rosa.
Laureate of the international competitions:
2005 - the 1st Prize in the international competition “Art of the 21th Century” (Ukraine);
2006 - the 1st Prize in the international duet competition in Leon (France;
2006 - the Grand Prix of the international oboe contest in Stuttgart (Germany);
2008 - the 2nd Prize in the international competition in Petritoli (Italy).
Alexei was the first to be awarded the Andrey Petrov Scholarship of the Governor of St. Petersburg. Participant of the international festival “Musical Olympus” (2010).
Since 2000, he has been involved in creative and performing activities as a soloist of chamber and symphony orchestras of St. Petersburg. He often tours abroad as a guest musician with famous groups of Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Greece, Turkey. From 2002 to 2006, he participated in concerts of early music youth chamber ensemble “Contratempo”.
The oboe soloist of the International Symphony Orchestra of the Tavricheskaya Capella.
