Ramil was born in Astrakhan in 1988. In 2003, he entered the Musorgsky Astrakhan Music College, wherefrom he graduated in 2007. Then he entered the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music (class of Honored Artist of Russia, Professor Vladimir Shkolnik).
Laureate of the 7th Bolshiyanov Open Russian National Competition (Krasnodar);
He is a member of the New Life Brass Quintet, which was awarded the Grand Prix at the Silver Camerton competition (St. Petersburg, 2009). The Brass Quintet is engaged in active concert activities.
