Sergey was born in Novosibirsk in 1994. In 2001 he entered Primary Specialized School of Music, and since 2002 he has been studying percussion in the class of Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor Vladimir Surnachev. Laureate of numerous children and youth competitions.
Laureate of international competitions:
2008 - The Grand Prix at the 3rd Open Winds and Drums Competition and Festival “Siberian Musical Assemblies” (Novosibirsk),
2011 - the 2nd prize award and the special prize awarded by the State Orchestra “Siberia” named after E. Borisov at the 4th International Festival-Competition “LIBERTANGO” (Barnaul),
2011 - The Grand Prix at the 4th Open Winds and Drums Competition and Festival “Siberian Musical Assemblies” (Novosibirsk).
He is a laureate of the Russian National Competition “Young Talents of Russia” organized by the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography (2006, 2007, 2008). Sergey holds fellowship of the Novosibirsk Region Governor, the Russian Ministry of Culture, Vadim Repin, the Rostropovich Foundation and the Maestro Foundation.
He has repeatedly performed with orchestras such as the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra, the Novosibirsk Russian Academic Orchestra and the Staff Orchestra of the Siberian District of the Interior Ministry's Interior Troops.
