Arsenia was born in Moscow in 2001. She studied at Children's School of Music of the F.Chopin Moscow State Conservatory (class of Honoured Cultural Worker of the Russian Federation Sophia Mikhno). She is a graduate of the Chopin Moscow State College of Musical Performing (class of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Asya Kushner, Honored Artist of Russia, Professor Sergei Kravchenko). She is a graduate of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of the Honored Artist of the RSFSR, Professor Sergei Kravchenko). Since 2024 - assistant-intern at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of the same teacher).

She participated in creative sessions at the Sirius Educational Center in Sochi in the class of Sergei Kravchenko (2018).
She is a fellow of the New Names Foundation (2012), the Moscow Government Department of Culture (2013), the Young Talents of Russia Award (2015, 2018), the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation (2015). She was awarded the Grant of the Mayor of Moscow (2016, 2018). Winner of the scholarship of the Creating the Future Foundation (Moscow, 2024).
As a soloist, she performed with the symphony orchestras of the Mariinsky Theatre, the State Academic Capella of St. Petersburg, and the State Academic Symphony Orchestra "Classica". She performed with chamber and symphony programs in concert halls of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Kaliningrad, Kirov, Tula, Orenburg, Kislovodsk, Rostov, Arkhangelsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Astana, Yerevan, Vienna, Berlin, Luxembourg, Paris, etc.
She is a participant of concerts arranged by the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation.
She took part in festivals: The 12th Festival of Romantic Music “Virtuoso 2017”, the 23th Moscow International Festival for Young Soloists, “Leipziger Notenspur” (Leipzig, 2018-2019), “Beethoven Pastoral Project” (Berlin), I All-Russian Festival of Classical Music (Sochi, 2022), XII Trans-Siberian Vadim Repin Festival (Novosibirsk, 2024), IV International Youth Festival P.I. Tchaikovsky (Moscow-Klin, 2024).
In 2023-2024 she studied at the Stauffer Academy in the class of Salvatore Accardo (Cremona, Italy).
