Arsenia was born in Moscow in 2001. She studied at Children's School of Music of the F.Chopin Moscow State Conservatory (class of Honoured Cultural Worker of the Russian Federation Sophia Mikhno). She is a graduate of the Chopin Moscow State College of Musical Performing (class of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Asya Kushner, Honored Artist of Russia, Professor Sergei Kravchenko). Since 2019, she is a student at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of the Honored Artist of the RSFSR, Professor Sergei Kravchenko).

She participates in master-classes by Liana Isakadze, Eduard Grach, Jurgis Dvarionas, Petru Munteanu, Simon Smith, Pavel Vernikov and Daniil Avstrikh.
She participated in creative sessions at the Sirius Educational Center in Sochi in 2018. She also participated in the "Music House Summer Academy" in the class of Mikhail Gantvarg (2020).
She is a fellow of the New Names Foundation (2012), the Moscow Government Department of Culture (2013), the Young Talents of Russia Award (2015, 2018), the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation (2015). She was awarded the Grant of the Mayor of Moscow (2016, 2018).
She has performed on various venues in Moscow, including but not limited to the P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory Hall, the Chamber Hall of the Moscow International Music House, the Small Hall Zaryadye.
She has performed with orchestras conducted by Vladimir Ryzhaev, Dmitry Orlov, Igor Mokerov. She is a participant of concerts arranged by the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation.
She took part in festivals: The 12th Festival of Romantic Music “Virtuoso2017”, the 23th Moscow International Festival for Young Soloists, “Leipziger Notenspur” (Leipzig, 2018-2019), “Beethoven Pastoral Project” (Berlin).
Participant of Saint-Petersburg Music House programs since 2020.
At the moment she is playing the violin of the Italian master of the early XVIII century Gaetano Pasta, provided by the St. Petersburg House of Music.
