Dina was born in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) in 1990. From 1996 to 2005, she studied at the Uspensky Republican Secondary Specialized Music Boarding School in Tashkent. In 2005 she moved to the city of Magnitogorsk, where she entered the class of Professor Bui Kong Thanh. She graduated from the musical college at the Magnitogorsk State Conservatory in 2009. In 2009, she entered the Mussorgsky Urals State Conservatoire (class of Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor Wolf Usminsky).
While studying at the college, she performed at public concerts, including performing as soloist with an orchestra.
