Evgeny was born in Novosibirsk in 1989. In 2008 he graduated from the A. Murov Novosibirsk College of Music (class of Honoured Cultural Worker Sergey Biryukov) and entered the Novosibirsk State Glinka Conservatoire (class of laureate of international competitions Margarita Auns), where he completed his master's degree in 2014.

2006 - winner of the Open Siberian Young Wind and Drum Competition (Novosibirsk)
2006 – winner of the 3rd International Internet Competition in Belgrade (Serbia, 2014).
2007 – diploma holder of the Russian National Competition for Young Performers on Wind and Drum Instruments (Izhevsk)
2011 - diploma holder of the 9th International Music and Theatre Festival-Competition “Hope”. (Krasnoyarsk).
Evgeny attended masterclasses by Ivan Mozgovenko, Evgeny Petrov, Razmik Maslov, Sergio Delmastro, Robert Biancotto.
Since 2013, he has also been a principal of the clarinet group in the Tomsk Academic Symphony Orchestra.
