Born in 1995 in St. Petersburg to a family of musicians. He has been learning flute since 6 years. In 2013, Fedor graduated from the Musical Lyceum of the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg (class of Honored Worker of Culture Vladimir Ushakov). In the same year, he entered the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Denis Lupachev’s class). In 2018, he entered the master’s program at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart (class of the soloist of the La Scala Orchestra, Professor Davide Formisano) in Stuttgart.
He is a prizewinner of All-Russian and international contests:
2011: the Grand Prix of the Regional Open Competition for Young Wind and Percussion Performers (St. Petersburg); the 3rd Prize Award of the 4th St. Petersburg Open Competition for Young Performers on Winds and Percussion Instruments; the winner of the 7th International Crescendo Competition (St. Petersburg); the 2nd Prize Award of the 8th International Competition "Crescendo" (St. Petersburg, New York).
2012: the winner of the Festival of Soloists and Instrumental ensembles “The New Year's Divertissement” for young musicians of St. Petersburg; a virtuoso stage 5 (juniors) of the St. Petersburg Open Etudes Competition for Flautists.
2013: The 1st Prize Award of the 7th International Crescendo Competition, St. Petersburg;
2014: the 2nd Prize Award of the 8th International Crescendo Competition, St. Petersburg, New York;
2016: the Audience Award of the 10th Andrei Petrov All-Russian Composers Competition
2017: the 1st Prize Award of the international competition of young performers on wind and percussion “Siberian Musical Assemblies VI” (Novosibirsk);
the Talented Youth Award, established by the President of the Russian Federation (2011); Fellow of the Committee of Culture of the Leningrad Region.
He is a diploma winner of the Festival of Soloists and Instrumental Ensembles "New Year's divertissement" of young musicians of St. Petersburg (2012).
Fedor took part in the workshops of Vincent Luke, Olga Chernyadieva, Alexander Golyshev, Davide Formisano, Denis Buryakov, Felix Renggli, Emmanuel Pahud
He participates in programs of St.Petersburg Music House since 2014.
