Born in 1994 in Orenburg. German finished the children's music school No. 5 in Orenburg. In 2013 he graduated from the Moscow Chopin State College of Musical Arts (class by the People's Artist of Russia, Professor Vera Gornostayeva). In 2013 he continued studies in the Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory (class by the People's Artist of Russia, Professor Mikhail Voskresensky).

2012 - winner of the festival of young romantic music performers (Moscow);
2012 - winner of the Festival devoted to the 150th birthday of C. Debussy (Moscow);
2013 - laureate of the III prize of the International Piano Competition (Aarhus, Denmark);
2013 - winner of the International Neuhaus Contest-Festival for young pianists (Moscow).
