Born in 2004 in Novosibirsk. From the age of 4, he attended the Children's School of Music No. 6 in Novosibirsk where he learned violin with teacher Tatiana Tarosyan. In 2015, he has been enrolled at the High School of Music of the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M.I. Glinka where he studied with Professor Marina Kuzina, an honored artist of the Russian Federation. Since September 2019, he is a student at the Central School of Music and the Academy of Performing Arts with Professor Elena Chvertok.
He is a laureate of All-Russian and international competitions:
- 2017: Silver medal at the Delphic Games of the CIS.
- 2018: Gold medal at the Delphic Games of Russia;
- The I Prize Award at the International Violin Ludwig Van Beethoven Competition in Austria;
- The First Prize Award at the lnterCordes Competition in France;
- The First Prize Award at the International Competition "Art of the 21st Century" in Portugal.
In 2020-2021, Grigoriy attended Keshet Eilon summer master classes in Israel with Eduard Grach, Yitzhak Rashkovsky, Ilya Kaler,and Vadim Gluzman.
Since 2021, he has been a fellow of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation.
