Ilya was born in 1994 in the Tomilino, Moscow Region. In 2010, he graduated from the J. Haydn Children's Music School (class of Natalia Strigina). In 2014, he graduated from the Moscow State College of Musical Performance named after F. Chopin (class of Elena Kuznetsova, Sergey Kuznetsova). He completed his master’s degree with honors at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2021, under the guidance of Elena Kuznetsova and Sergey Kuznetsov.
