Nikolai Luzanov was born in Kaliningrad in 1987. He started his music education in the Gliere Music School ( class of V. Fradkin). At the age of 14, after graduating from school of music and general education school, he entered the Rachmaninoff College of Music in the class of V. Fradkin. After graduating from college, he entered the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory ( class of Professor Valery Popov), then transferred to the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (class of Professor Kirill Sokolov).
Being a 3rd year student, he became a laureate (2nd prize) at the 5th International Symphony Competition in Volgograd.
From an early age he went on tour with a choir and orchestra to Germany, Poland and Lithuania, he worked in the Kaliningrad Regional Symphony Orchestra.
