February 25, Thursday, 7.30 pm St. Petersburg Music House and Rossotrudnichestvo invite to Nicosia at the first concert of "Embassy of Musical Mastery" program this year. At Defender of the Fatherland Day, the Russian Science and Cultural Center will host the Winners of International Competitions Vladimir Pinyalov (trumpet) and Natalia Sokolovskaya (piano).
 
Despite the duration of classical concert, these soloists prepared surprisingly rich program that, first of all, recall the Heroic Events of Russian History: Old "March of the Preobrazhensky Regiment". "Arioso Warrior" from Tchaikovsky's cantata "Moscow", "Partisan`s Story" from Vyacheslav Kulikov`s "Pioneers Suite", Dramatic E Minor Etude No.3 of Chopin`s Opus 10.
You will hear the music of Sergei Rachmaninoff: famous Vocalise, Preludes from Opus No.23 and romance Spring Water, transpositions of several well-known plays.
The Festive nature of this evening will emphasize real Kaleidoscope of National Melodiesй, which also fit in the concert program. These are the Themes of Russian Songs and Romances from Jules Levy "Great Russian Fantasy", Austrian Vincent Bach "Hungarian Melodies" and Cuban Jose Mauri "Competitive Solo".
 
Vladimir Pinyalov (21 years old). Born in Moscow. Student of the Moscow Conservatory (Class of Vladislav Lavrik). The Winner of International Festival Competition «Musica Classica» (Ruza, Russia, 2013). The Winner of Savely Orlov International Competition-Festival (Samara, Russia, 2014). The Member of St. Petersburg Music House Program since 2014.
 
Natalia Sokolovskaya (26 years old). Born in Astrakhan. Graduate Student of the Moscow Conservatory (Class of Russian People's Artist Professor Yuri Slesarev). The Winner of Scholarship at the Royal College of Music in London. The Winner of Gershwin International Competition (New York, 2015) and the International Piano Competition «Cidade de Ferrol» (Spain, 2015). The Winner of International Competition «Nuova Coppa» (Italia, 2015). The Winner of International Competition MozArte (Germany, 2015). The Member of St. Petersburg Music House Program since 2010.

"Embassy of Musical Mastery" is a unique project of the St. Petersburg Music House and "Rossotrudnichestvo", which takes place since 2012 and includes the creative meetings of leading Russian musicians, as well as tours of the young soloists at the Russian Science and Cultural Centers abroad 
 
St. Petersburg Music House is the federal cultural institution, established in 2006 to prepare young Russian musicians for international competitions and festivals, occupies The Palace of Grand Duke Alexis Romanov at 122 Moika River Bank.
Artistic director is famous cellist, People's Artist of Russia, professor Sergei Roldugin.  2015/2016 Season for Music House is Anniversary Year. It will celebrate 10 Years on February 3, 2016.
