Young soloists will bring the holiday to Russian Centres of Science and Culture
St. Petersburg Misic House and Rossotrudnichestvo invite audience to concerts of series "Embassy of Musical Mastery", dedicated to the Russia Day. In honour of this holiday, the concerts will be held in 10 countries and cover Europe, Southern and South-Eastern Asia and Middle East.
Young soloists of the Music House, laureates of prestigious international competitions, will bring one of the youngest national holidays in the Russian Centres of Science and Culture. The Russia Day recalls for the important historical milestone – on 12 June 1990 has been adopted the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the RSFSR and the new country name - the Russian Federation. In 1992, the Russia Day gained the status of national holiday.
On 7 and 9 June Capital of Laos, Vientiane, will host the winner of International competition for Academic Saxophonists (Germany, 2014) Vladimir Ustyantsev, the laureate of International violinist competition «Premio Rodolfo Lipizer» (Italy, 2015) Olga Yakushina and the winner of International pianist competition (Kazakhstan, 2015) Andrey Dubov. Soloists tour will continue on 10 and 11 June – Russian and European classics will be heard in Vietnam, Hanoi.
The winner of Tibor Varga International Competition (Switzerland, 2015) Dmitry Smirnov will perform in the honour of this holiday at the Russian Centres of Science and Cultures twice. On 8 June Concert will be held in Bratislava, and 9 June in Vienna. Piano pieces will perform the Laureate of International Competitions Lyudmila Nabok.
9 and 10 June, St. Petersburg Music House and Rossotrudnichestvo invite to Tel Aviv. Israeli audience will hear Pavel Milyukov (violin) and Sergei Redkin (piano). The laureates of Tchaikovsky International Competition 2015 will give concerts at the Russian Cultural Center (9 June) and Felicia Blumenthal Center (10 June).
On 10 June, Roman audience will hear the Solo Concert of young pianist, the Laureate of Cliburn Junior Piano Competition (USA, 2015) Arsenii Mun.
On 10 June, the Russian Science and Culture Center in Brussels will hold a gala concert with performance of the Laureate of Antonio Yanigro International Cello Competition in Zagreb (Croatia, 2016) Ivan Sendetckii and the Laureate of Enschede International Competition for Young Pianists (Netherlands, 2012) Vladislav Fedorov.
On 14 June, the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Ljubljana will host the Laureate of Paganini International Violin Competition (Italy, 2014) Diana Pasko and the Winner of Neuhaus International Competition of Young Pianists (Moscow, 2013) German Kitkin.
16 and 18 June "Embassy of Musical Mastery" will be in India. The Winner of Marguerite long and Jacques Thibaud International Competition (France, 2014) Aylen Pritchin (violin) and the Laureate of ClaviCologne NRW International Piano Competition (Germany, 2016) Elizaveta Ivanova will give concerts in Calcutta and Chennai.
On 16 June, the Russian Science and Cultural Center in Nicosia will organize the Evening of Brass Music. Cypriot music lovers will hear performance of the Laureate of International Competition "Prague Spring" (Czech Republic, 2011) Alexey Lobikov (trombone) and the Laureate of International Clarinet Competition in Ghent (Belgium, 2015) Nikita Lyutikov. Piano pieces will perform the Laureate of International Competitions Andrey Telkov.
"Embassy of Musical Mastery" is a unique project of the St. Petersburg Music House and "Rossotrudnichestvo", which takes place since 2012 and includes the creative meetings of leading Russian musicians, as well as tours of the young soloists at the Russian Science and Cultural Centers abroad. Concerts of this project will last throughout the year, and many of them are confined to the various memorials. The next great series of concerts will be dedicated to the National Unity Day, which celebrates on November 4.
