February 2, Sunday, at 7.00 p.m., “The Mariinsky Theater Orchestra and the Soloists of the Music House” welcome you to an opening concert with laureates of international competitions Fedor Chernyshov (flute), Aleksei Ivanov (trumpet) and Leonid Zhelezny (violin) at the Concert Hall of Mariinsky Theater (Dekabristov, 37). The chamber program will include peaces for winds by Böhm, Jules Massenet, Brandt, George Enescu, Tsybin and violin classics: the famous Bach Chaconne from Partita No. 2, Paganini Caprice No. 1 , Sérénade mélancolique by Tchaikovsky, Novelette by Sibelius. The piano part will be played by prizewinners of international contests Elena Serova and Andrei Telkov.

February 5, Wednesday, at 7.00 p.m., a concert of the “Music of Stars” subscription will take place in St.Petersburg Capella (20 Moika Embankment). The concert will feature virtuoso soloists, laureates of the Khachaturian International Competition Fedor Amosov (cello) and a laureate of the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2015) Sergei Redkin (piano). Program: Suite from Georges Bizet's Carmen, the Piano Concerto No. 1 by Saint-Saens and Cello Concerto No.2 by Shostakovich.

February 9, Sunday, at 8.00 p.m., the winner of the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2019) Alexey Lobikov (trombone) will perform with the Novosibirsk Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra conducted by Alim Shakhmametiev at the Mariinsky Theater Concert Hall (Dekabristov, 37). As part of a series of concerts “Musical Team of Russia”, the soloist of St.Petersburg Music House will perform Saglietti’s Suite for Alto trombone.

February 19, Wednesday, at 7.00 p.m., the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace (41 Nevsky) will host the "Young Interpreters of Russia” , laureates of international competitions Gleb Diaghilev (double bass), Lev Zhuravskiy (clarinet) and Aleksandr Bolotin (piano). The program includes instrumental concertos of the Romanticism - Weber Clarinet Concerto No. 1 and Chopin Piano Concerto No. 1, the rare double bass solo part from Koussevitzky Concerto.

February 26, Wednesday, at 7.00 p.m., a laureate of international competitions Ilia Papoian (piano) will be giving a solo concert dedicated to 210th anniversary of Frederic Chopin. The program “Evenings in the English Hall” presents the best pieces of the piano legacy of a great romanticist: nocturnes, preludes, mazurkas, polonaises, ballads, etudes.

February 29, Saturday, the annual piano marathon of St.Petersburg Music House will be held as part of the cycle of concerts “Young Interpreters of Russia” in the Sheremetev Palace (34 Fontanka embankment). The young soloists from Moscow, Kazan, St. Petersburg Natalia Osintseva, Nail Mavlyudov, Anna Sysoeva, Roman Sosnin, Timofey Dolya and Andrei Telkov will perform the great piano classic: Schubert, Chopin, Liszt, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninoff. Concerts lasting 60 minutes without intermission will be held at 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Audience 6+. Ticket Price is 250 rubles.

On 19, 20 and 21 February, will be held public workshops under the Project “Higher Music Performance Courses” at the English Hall of Music House (Moika River Emb., 122). People's Artist of Russia, Professor Sergey Roldugin will be sharing the secrets of musical mastery with young cellists. St. Petersburg House of Music welcomes you to public workshops in the framework of the project “Embassy of Musical Mastery”, which will be held at the Cheboksary School of Music named after F.P. Pavlova.
From February 24 to 26 , the Secrets of Mastery will be shared by Honored Artist of Russia, Professor of St. Petersburg Conservatory Tatyana Zagorovskaya (piano).
From February 25 to 27, workshops will be held by Maxim Fedotov, People's Artist of Russia, professor of Moscow Conservatory (violin).
From February 25 to 27, Honored Artist of Russia, one of the leading soloists of Mariinsky Theater Orchestra Alexander Trushkov (oboe) will also be giving individual classes.
