Born in the city of Kostroma in 2002, Sofia graduated from Childrens' Music School No. 1 named after Ippolitov-Ivanov in Kostroma, where she studied under the guidance of Ekaterina Veniaminovna Kravchenko. In 2017, she entered the Moscow State College of Music Performance named after F. Chopin, studying under Professor Vera Nosina. Since 2021, she has been a student at the Russian Academy of Music named after Gnesin, under the guidance of the same teacher.

- The first prize at the X International Competition of Young Pianists named after V.Yu. Villuan (Nizhny Novgorod).
- The third prize at the XI International Competition named after T.P. Nikolaeva (Bryansk).
- The second prize at the XXI International Competition named after Yu. Zaremba (Lomianki, Poland).
2022
- The first prize at the XXVIII International Competition of Young Musicians named after D.B. Kabalevsky (Samara).
2023
- The Grand Prix at the VII International Competition named after V. Alkanova (Turkey).
She has participated in masterclasses with T. Zelikman, M. Voskresensky, S. Senkov, E. Mikhaylov, A. Shibko, E. Murina, P. Nersesyan, J. Kiscelli, and others.
Sofia has also been a participant in creative sessions at the Sirius Educational Center (2015, 2016).
She is a recipient of the scholarship from the International Charitable Foundation of Vladimir Spivakov and has performed in the foundation's concert programs in 2016.
Sofia has appeared with orchestras conducted by Vladimir Ryzaev, P. Gershtein, I. Pilatyuk, T. Shileyko, V. Plaksin, E. Ambarcumyan, and F. Dessi.
