Azaliya Nogmanova was born in 2004 in Naberezhnye Chelny. In 2023, she graduated with honors from the Middle Special Music School of the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov, where she studied under the supervision of Associate Professor Lyaysan Bagabieva. Currently a student at the Music Academy of Basel (Switzerland) - class of Professor Felix Rengli.

2019
- Winner of the IV International Competition-Festival of Young Musicians named after A.Ya. Eshpay in Yoshkar-Ola.
2020
- Winner of the IX All-Russian Competition of Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments “Wind Academy” in Kazan;
- Winner of the II All-Russian Competition of Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments named after M.M. Borisov in Asbest, Sverdlovsk region, Russia.
2021
- Winner of the VI Open All-Russian Competition of Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments “At the Resounding Sources of the Don” in Novomoskovsk;
- Winner of the Grand Prix of the IX Interregional Competition of Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments named after V.P. Slizkov in Kirov.
2022
- Laureate of the II All-Russian Competition of Scholarship Holders of the “New Names” Foundation in Moscow;
- Laureate of the II prize of the IV International Flutists Competition named after V.N. Tsybin in Moscow;
- Laureate of the II prize of the II International Instrumental Performance Competition “KOGAN'S COMPETITION” in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Winner of the Grand Prix of the II International Competition of Performers on Wind and Percussion Instruments “BEL SUONO” in Kazan.
2023
- Winner of the All-Russian Competition of Performers on String, Wind and Percussion Instruments “Volga Symphony” in Kazan.
- Grand Prix of the XI International Instrumental Music Competition “ART PLANET” (Türkiye)
She has also participated in master classes by Felix Renggli, Alexander Golyishev, Oleg Khudyakov, Olga Ivusheykova, Denis Lupachev, Anton Silverstov, Irina Stachinskaya, Evgeniya Shpalingер, Evgeniy Brockmiller, Gareth McLearnon, among others. Azaliya has attended the March Educational Program “Musical and Performing Arts” at the Sirius Educational Center (2020) and the International Summer Creative School “New Names” in Suzdal (2021, 2022, 2023).
She is the recipient of awards such as the All-Russian competition “Young Talents of Russia” (2021, 2022), the scholarship of the Yevetta Voronova Charitable Foundation “New Names” (2021, 2022, 2023), and the Government of the Russian Federation scholarship (2022-2023). In 2023, she was granted the Grant of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Azaliya has performed as a soloist with various orchestras, including the Chamber Orchestra of Igor Lerman conducted by Igor Lerman, the Jazz Orchestra “Visit” conducted by Vladimir Zavyalov, and the symphonic Junior Orchestra of the Middle Special Music School of the Kazan State Conservatory named after N.G. Zhiganov conducted by Evgeny Afanasyev.
