Ruslan was born in Voronezh in 1985. Since 2003 he studied at the Zagir Ismagilov Ufa State Institute of Arts (class of Professor R. Shaikhutdinov).

2007 - The 1st Prize Award in the First Open Competition of Winners of piano contests “Yondoz Ile” (Ufa);
2007 - The 1st Prize Award in the International Competition in Odessa (Ukraine);
2007 - The 1st Prize Award in the Zagir Ismagilov International Competition
