Olga Artyugina was born in Leningrad in 1991. She attended the Secondary Special School of Music at the St. Petersburg Conservatory with tutor Tatiana Prasnikova. She graduated from the N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory in the class of People's Artist of Russia, Professor Mikhail Gantvarg, followed by an assistant internship, which she completed in 2017. She studied at The Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid with Prof. Zakhar Bron, People's Artist of Russia, and at the Lugano Conservatory in Switzerland with Prof. Sergei Krylov.
She is a laureate of international competitions:
2021: She won in the 8th Mravinsky International competition for youth in St. Petersburg

- She won the 10th International Independent Music Competition “Individualis” in Kiev, Ukraine
2013: The 2nd Prize Award in the 2nd All-Russian Strings competition in Kazan
2014: The 2nd Prize Award in the 1st Leopold Auer International Violin and String Quartet competition in St. Petersburg
- The 2nd Prize Award in the 2nd All-Russian Music Competition in Moscow
2019: The 3rd Prize Award in the 26th International Violin Competition ″Andrea Postacchini″ in Fermo, Italy
She has taken part in master classes given by Boris Kushnir, Eberhard Feltz, Ulf Schneider, Latica Honda-Rosenberg, Stefan Picard, Jan Repko, Alexander Brusilovsky, Thomas Füri, Anna Kandinskaja, Vadim Gluzman, Tim Vogler and Frank Reinecke.
She is a laureate of the Youth Award of the Government of St. Petersburg in the field of culture and art (2014). She reached the finals of the 56th international competition "Premio Paganini" in Genoa (Italy, 2021)
She regularly performs both recitals and as part of chamber ensembles in concert and philharmonic halls in Russia, Europe and Asia. She is a regular participant of international festivals.
She has participated in the International Summer Academy for Young Artists in Marktoberdorf (Germany), the Sommerakademie in Altensteig (Germany), the Mozarteum International Summer Academy Salzburg (Austria), and the Zakhar Bron School of Music in Zurich (Switzerland).
She collaborates with orchestras such as the Novaya Rossiya ('New Russia') State Symphony Orchestra, the St. Petersburg State Symphony Orchestra Classica, the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the Macedonian Philharmonic and Macedonian Opera and Ballet Theatre Orchestras, and the Chamber Orchestra of Serbia "Camerata Serbica".
She has performed with such conductors as Evgeny Bushkov, Mikhail Agrest, Alexander Kantorov, Arkadi Steinlucht , Mikhail Golikov, Zaurbek Gugkaev, Anatoly Rybalko.
The violinist's recordings were broadcast on VGTRK Kultura, German SWR2 and BR Klassik Bayerischer Rundfunk.
She takes part in the programs of the St. Petersburg Music House since 2012.
