Polina was born to a family of musicians in Moscow in 1992. In 2012 she graduated from the Central School of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatoire (class of Professor Lev Evgrafov), currently she is a student at the Moscow Conservatoire (class of Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor Alexei Seleznev).
Laureate of the international competitions:
2006 - Winner of the “Magic bow”, contest for young violinists and cellists (Moscow).
2009 - The 2nd Prize Award in the International Canetti Music Festival (Italy)
2013 - The 2nd Prize and Special Prize Award in The Louis Roso International Competition for Cellists (France).
She participated in master classes by Giovanni Sollima, David Geringas, Stefan Popov, Wolfgang Schmidt, Lluís Claret, Jens Peter Mainz, Jérôme Pernod, Matthieu Lejeune, Xavier Gagnepain.
In 2012 a finalist of the internal scholarship competition by the Royal College of Music (RCM, London, UK) within the framework of London Gates Education Group masterclasses.
