Roman was born in Tchaikovsky city, Perm region, in 1992. He has been playing the violin since he was six. In 2007, he graduated from Children's Music School No. 1 (class of Tatyana Shevtsova, Honoured Cultural Worker of Russia). Then he studied at the Academic College of Music of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Tatiana Balashova) and at at the Moscow Conservatoire (class of People's Artist of Russia, Professor Alexander Vinnitsky).

2007 - winner of the 7th International M.G. Erdenko violin competition (Belgorod),
2007 – II Prize and the Silver medal of the 6th Youth Delphic Games of Russia (Yaroslavl),
2009 - the Grand Prix of the International Competition “Art of the 21st Century” (Kiev-Vorzel, Ukraine),
2009 - winner of the 2nd Russian National Open Contest “Merzlyakovka invites friends” (Moscow).
2010 - the Grand Prix of the International Competition “Art of the 21st Century” (Klaipeda, Lithuania).
2009 - III Prize at the 3rd International Lavrynovych Competition for Young Violinists (Plock, Poland),
2010 - II Prize at the A. Postaccini International Violin Competition (Fermo, Italy),
2012 - II Prize at the Lysenko International Competition (Kiev, Ukraine).
Roman has repeatedly performed as a soloist with the Zhukovsky Symphony Orchestra under the People's Artist of Russia, Professor Sergei Skripka.
