March 3, Friday at 7 p.m. St. Petersburg Music House and Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Spain invite to Madrid for concert of series "Embassy of Musical Mastery". On the stage of Cultural Center of Spain's Armed Forces will perform young Petersburgers, the laureates of international competitions Alexander Petrov (flute) and Andrei Telkov (piano) at the International Women's Day event.
 
The audience will enjoy listeing the fascinating sound of flute and piano during the program dedicated to the International Women's Day. It will sound fabulous Reinecke`s Sonate  "Undine",  Eugene Damare`s Rondo-Polka "Paris Sparrow", which the soloist will perform on piccoloflute, and haunting Mozart's Eighth Sonata.
Major program part covers the Russian music: virtuosic Prokofiev's Toccata and Tchaikovsky's masterpieces – famous Lensky`s Aria from "Eugene Onegin" Opera, piano pieces of "Four Seasons" series. Flutist will perform Sonate by his Alma Mater, St. Petersburg Conservatory Professor Vyacheslav Nagovitsin.
 
Alexander Petrov, 23 years old, was born in Luga, Leningrad Region. Student of the St. Petersburg Conservatory (class of Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor Olga Chernyadeva). The Winner of International Competition "Silver Tuning Fork" (St. Petersburg, 2009) and International Festival-Contest "Window to Europe" (St. Petersburg, 2010). The Member of St. Petersburg Music House Program since 2012.
 
Andrei Telkov, 25 years old, was born in Voronezh. The Postgraduate Student of St. Petersburg Conservatory (class of Honoured Artist of Russia, Professor Alexander Sandler). The Laureate of  Schumann International Competition (Germany, 2012). The Grand Prix Winner of Vitola International Competition  (Riga, 2013). The Member of St. Petersburg Music House Program since 2011.

"Embassy of Musical Mastery" – a unique project of the St. Petersburg Music House and "Rossotrudnichestvo", which takes place since 2012 and includes the creative meetings of leading Russian musicians, as well as tours of the young soloists at the Russian Science and Cultural Centers abroad. The next Concert of "Embassy of Musical Mastery" will be held in Madrid on November 2017, dedicated to the Russian National Unity Day.
