Born in Vinnitsa. She graduated from the Gnesin Institute and the Gnesin Graduate School (class of Professor Alexander Ioheles).
A concert pianist, she performs in cities of Russia and abroad. In addition to the traditional academic repertoire, she constantly plays contemporary composers. A significant achievement in her artistic biography was the first performance of the fundamental album by S. M. Slonimsky 24 Preludes and Fugues.
She is a professor of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory, her students have won over 50 awards at various international and national competitions. She holds workshops in many universities in Russia, Germany, Poland, the USA, South Korea and Japan.
She repeatedly judged prestigious contests and festivals. She is a laureate of the international competition in Sofia (1968) and the All-Russian competition in Moscow (1971).
