Valeria was born in the town of Serdobsk, Penza Oblast, in 2002. She attended the Municipal State Institution for Extracurricular Education Children's School of Arts and Crafts in Serdobsk where she studied with the teacher Elena Baluyeva and the Central School of Music of the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where she took classes from the teacher Tatyana Polozova. She is currently a student at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory where she studies with Professor Vladimir Ivanov, a People's Artist of Russia.

- The Grand Prix Award at the II International online competition "Magic Symphony" in Moscow.
She has taken part in master classes given by Tatiana Polozova and Olga Chepizhnaya.
She has been awarded scholarships from the Art Line Art Support Foundation in 2017, and from the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation in 2018; she is holding a scholarship from the Yvette Voronova New Names Charitable Foundation since 2019 and has been awarded the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation scholarship in 2020. She has also performed at many venues such as the Moscow Conservatory, the Chamber Hall of the Moscow International Music House, as well as other concert halls throughout Russia.
She has participated in a number of festivals: The All-Russian Festival of Arts named after M.A. Balakirev in Gus Khrustalnyi, 2017; The International Festival of Russian Culture in Japan in 2017; The XIV International Festival of Arts "White Nights of Karelia" in Petrozavodsk in 2018 and 2019; Festival "Days of Russian Classical Music" in the Park of Science and Art in Sochi in 2018; The International Festival of Russian Culture in China in 2019; The III International Festival "Magic of the XXI Century" in Moscow in 2019; The VI International Festival "Vladimir Spivakov Welcomes" in Minsk in 2020; The XVII International Festival "Moscow Meets Friends" in Moscow in 2020.
She performed with the Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Vladimir Fedoseev within the framework of the Russian Classical Music Days Festival which took place in Sochi in 2018. She has been actively involved in concert programs of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation, as well as in projects of the Art Line Foundation, and in projects of the Yvette Voronova Charitable Foundation "New Names".
