Vladislav Nemtsov was born in the year 2005 in the city of Saint Petersburg. He is currently a student at the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory named after Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov, where he is studying under the instruction of teacher Dmitry Khrychyov.
He is a laureate of international and national competitions:

- the Second Prize at the Competition named after Bogus Geran (Czech Republic).

- the Third Prize at the Competition named after Georgy Sviridov (Russia).
2024
- the Second Prize at the Competition named after S. I. Savshinsky (Russia),
- the Second Prize at the Competition Music. Talent. Discovery (Russia).
He has performed at the Tchaikovsky Music Festival (2022), the “Night of Museums” Festival (2023), and the “Conservatories Week” Festival (2023, Saint Petersburg).
He has taken part in masterclasses conducted by Alexander Ramm, Boris Andrianov, and David Geringas.
He has performed at the Small Hall of the Philharmonic, the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theatre, the Mansion of Mathilde Kschessinska, the Sheremetev Palace, the Konstantinovsky Palace, and many other venues. He also performed at the Grand Hall of the Philharmonic as part of a cello ensemble.He has toured several cities in Switzerland with a concert program organized by the Saint Petersburg Foundation..
