The multi-year program of the Moscow Philharmonic “Stars of the 21st century” has grown and evolved into a federal project: now the Russian Ministry of Culture arranges tours of young musicians across the whole country. They perform solo, in ensembles with each other, and with orchestras in dozens of cities to be recognized by the Russian public and provide professional guidelines to their young colleagues in the regions.
The project covers such cultural centers as Vologda, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Ryazan, Samara, Saint-Petersburg, Saratov, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, etc.
