Alexey Savinkov was born in Moscow in 1999. He finished the Gnesin Moscow Central Special Music School (College) (Class of docent Dmitry Bulgakov). Graduated from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater, where he has been a master's student since 2020 (class of the same teacher). In 2020 - 2021 he studied at the Berlin University of the Arts under the Erasmus+ exchange program (class of the teacher Washington Barella).
Member of master classes of the leading European oboists, including: Albrecht Mayer, Alexei Ogrintchouk, Jean-Louis Capezzali, Nick Deutsch, László Hoddadi, Emmanuel Abbyul, Alexey Utkin, Thomas Indermühle, Gregor Witt, Alessandro Baccini.
Laureate of a number of competitions in ensembles.
Scholarship holder of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Fund (2013-2014). Diploma winner of the International Television Contest for Young Musicians "Nutcracker" (2013-2014).
He participated in the January Evenings festival (2013-2017), Hiiumaa Homecoming Festival (Estonia, 2016), the IV International Music Academy of the XII Winter International Art Festival by Y. Bashmet (2019).
He has participated in concerts in many cities of Russia and Europe. He has performed with the Chamber Orchestra "Province" under the leadership of I. Lerman, Orchestra "Camerata Russian" under the leadership of A. Kruzhkova and Orchestra "Gnesin Virtuosos".
Participant of the Saint-Petersburg Music House programs since 2016.
