ST. PETERSBURG MUSIC HOUSE, PLAYBILL (january, 2018)

January 17, Wednesday at 7 p.m.,  at the English Hall of St. Petersburg Music House (Moika Embankment, 122) will be held the final concert of winter series «High Season», with perfromance of the laureate of International Tchaikovsky Competition (Moscow, 2015) — violinist Pavel Milyukov. The brilliant young Music House soloist will perform the pieces of Beethoven, Schumann, Stravinsky and Prokofiev. The piano part will perform  the laureate of the same competition Sergei Redkin.
Audience 12+, Ticket Price 500-1000 RUB, Beginning at 7 p.m.
 
January 24, Wednesday at 7 p.m, at the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace (Nevsky prospect, 41) will be held the first concert of series  «Young Interpreters of Russia» in the new year. Concerts in Saint-Petersburg in 2018 will be opened by the winner of International Beethoven Competition (Austria, 2017) violinist Dennis Gasanov and the Laureate of International Tchaikovsky Competition (Kazakhstan, 2017) pianist Ilya Papoyan. Program will present the great Russian classics: Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto and Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto.
Audience 6+, Ticket Price 200-250 RUB, Beginning at 7 p.m.

16, 18, 23, 25 and 30 January (Tue, Thu) at 4 p.m,  will be organized Regular Tours over the state rooms of Alexeevsky Palace (Music House) - the Residence of the Grand Duke Alexei Alexandrovich Romanov, younger brother of Emperor Alexander III and beloved uncle the last Tsar Nicholas II.

20 January, Saturday at 4 p.m., series of "Music of Stars" will continue in the Scriabin Hall of North-Caucasian Philharmonic. This time music lovers of Kislovodsk will enjoy the performance of Philharmonic Orchestra with the winner of International Competition in Italy (Como, 2014) Oksana Sidyagina (harp), the winner of Youth Delphic Games of Russia  (Yekaterinburg, 2017) Roman Markelov (saxophone) and the winner of International Competition in Épinal (France, 2017) Vitalii Starikov (piano). Program – music of Ravel, Debussy, Waignein and Rachmaninoff. Conductor is the laureate of international competitions Pyotr Nikiforov.

27 January, Saturday at 7 p.m., "Musical Team of Russia" will arrive in Ufa. Brahm`s Double Concerto on the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" stage will perform the People's Artist of Russia Sergey Roldugin (cello) and the laureate of International Tchaikovsky Competition  (2015) Pavel Milyukov (violin). Raushan Yakupov will conduct the Bashkortostan National Symphony Orchestra.

9 January, Tuesday at 7.30 p.m., in Linz will be organized the first 2018 concert under the "Russian Tuesdays" project. In the famous Brucknerhaus concert hall with Irkutsk Philharmonic Orchestra will perform the laureate of International Tchaikovsky Competition (2015) Sergei Redkin (piano). Program – Chopin’s Second piano concerto.

23 January, Tuesday at 7.30 p.m., in Brucknerhaus will give a recital the winner of International Monte Carlo Competition (2013) violinist Nikita Borisoglebsky. This "Russian Tuesday", Linz`s exacting audience will enjoy Ravel`s and Elgar`s Sonatas, as well as Shostakovich`s Preludes. Piano – laureate of international competitions Philipp Kopachevskiy.
