Evgenia was born to a family of musicians in Chilik village, Alma-Ata region (Kazakhstan) in 1991. From the age of 6, she began to learn to play cello at the Republican Secondary Specialized Boarding School of Music named after K. Bayseitova (class of Kamili Abdrakhmanova). Since 2007, she has studied at the S.V. Rachmaninov Kaliningrad Regional College of Music (class of Honoured Worker of Culture Tatiana Obolenskaya), then at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of People's Artist of Russia, Professor Igor Gavrysh).
Laureate of international competitions:
2010: The 3rd Prize Award at the 4th International Valery Gavrilin Competition (Vologda).
2010: The 3rd Prize Award at the 8th Independent International Competition “Individualis” (Lviv, Ukraine).
2011: The 2nd Prize Award at the International Young Musicians Competition “Kaunas Sonorum - 2011” (Kaunas, Lithuania).
Evgenia participated in masterclasses by Anatoly Lukyanenko, Kirill Rodin, Alexei Seleznev, Vladimir Sogaido, Mikhail Utkin, Andreas Pözlberger, Georg Bauer, Tim Strobl.
Evgenia is a grant-holder of the Governor of Kaliningrad Region and the Young Talents of Russia Foundation.
She has appeared with various ensembles at festivals such as Russian Music in Italy, DON CENTO JAZZ in Kaliningrad, Young Euro Classic in Berlin, Europe Asia in Kazan and Schnyder Project.
