Born in 1996 in Severomorsk, in the Murmansk Region of Russia. She is an alumna of the Secondary Special Music School of the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, where she studied under the guidance of teacher Olga Kurnavina. She went on to graduate with honors from the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, in the class of associate professor Pyotr Laul. She completed her postgraduate studies with distinction at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory, studying with professor Elena Semishina. Currently, she serves as a teacher at the Secondary Special Music School of the Saint Petersburg Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov.

In 2010, she was awarded the Second Prize at the International Competition "Chopin +" held in Budapest, Hungary.
In 2013, she received the Fourth Prize and a special prize for the best performance of Rachmaninoff at the International Rachmaninoff Competition in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
In 2016, she emerged as the winner of the International Piano Competition "Mozart" in Rome, Italy.
In 2017, she won the International Music Competition "Crescendo" in the United States, as well as the 17th International Piano Competition in France.
In 2021, she was honored with the Second Prize at the International Online Competition France Music Competition 3°.
In 2023, she claimed the First Prize at the IV International Performing Arts Competition "Art Talents" in Moscow, Russia.
Alina has been the recipient of the Rotary Society Scholarship in Moscow in 2008 and the A. Scriabin Scholarship in Moscow in 2014.
She has participated in master classes conducted by Andrei Diev, Grigory Gruzman, Andrea Bonatta, Vladimir Mischuk, Markus Schirmer, Peter Frankl, Boris Berman, Willem Brons, Alexander Sandler, Mikhail Voskresensky, Tatiana Zagorovskaya, Gerlinde Otto, Natalia Trull, Yoheved Kaplinsky, and Dmitry Alexeev.
She is actively engaged in concert performances, gracing the stages of prominent concert venues in Saint Petersburg and other cities across Russia, as well as internationally in Estonia, Germany, Latvia, the United States, Israel, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Her festival participations include the Verbier Festival in Switzerland in 2011, the International Summer Academy in Austria in both 2013 and 2016, the Muzikale Oktober Best Festival in the Netherlands in 2013, the "IN CORPORE" Chamber Music Festival in Estonia in 2015, the 13th San Daniel International Piano Meeting in Italy in 2017, the Bavarian Music Academy in Germany in 2012 and 2018, and the Piano Academy Eppan in Italy in 2022.
Since 2015, Alina Fedoseeva has been an active participant in the programs of the Saint Petersburg Music House.
