Daniil Mikhailov, born in 2001 in Moscow, graduated from the Children's Music School at the F. Chopin Moscow State College of Academic Art, where he studied under teacher Goar Vartanyan. He also graduated from the Academic Music College at the P. I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, where he studied under Professor Irina Bochkova. Since 2021, he has been a student at the P. I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, studying under Associate Professor Graf Murzha.
He has received the following awards at international and national competitions:
In 2018, he received the first prize at the XV International Competition "Viva-music" (Saint Petersburg).
In 2022, he received the first prize at the VII All-Russian Performing Arts Competition "Art Express" (Yekaterinburg).
He is a laureate of the "Young Talents of Russia" award (2021).
He has participated in masterclasses with Mikhail Gantvarg, Maxim Fedotov, Irina Bochkova, Tatyana Berkul, Vladimir Ivanov, Elena Chvertok, Mikhail Gotsdiner, and Graf Murzha.
He is a participant in concert programs organized by the "New Names" Foundation and the V. Spivakov Foundation.
He is actively engaged in concert performances.
