Vyacheslav Gryaznov was born in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in 1982. Between 1991 and 2001 he studied at Central Secondary School of Music at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Manana Kandelaki). He graduated with honours from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatoire (class of Professor Yuri Slesarev) in 2006 and pursued his postgraduate studies at the Moscow Conservatory.
Laureate of international competitions:
1997 - the 1st prize at the N.G. Rubinstein International Competition (Moscow) ,
1998 - 1st prize at the Competition in memory of S. Rachmaninoff (Italy),
2001 - Grand Prix at the “Art and Performing Arts of the 21st Century” Competiton (Denmark)
2007 - Audience Award at the International Competition in Tbilisi,
2007 - the 6th prize at the International Competition in Sendai (Japan).
Vyacheslav Gryaznov has received the scholarship of V.T. Spivakov, Y.A. Bashmet and M.L. Rostropovich International Charity Foundations (G.G. Neuhaus Scholarship).
The pianist gives recitals as well as tours with symphony orchestras in Japan, Italy, Denmark, Great Britain, Croatia, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Kuwait, Africa, the Baltic States and many Russian cities.
Vyacheslav Gryaznov's video recordings made in the studio of NHK TV company are regularly broadcast on Japanese television. Since 2008/2009 season, Vyacheslav Gryaznov has been an exclusive artist of the Moscow Philharmonic, which acts for the musician in Russia.
