ST. PETERSBURG MUSIC HOUSE, PLAYBILL (february, 2022)

​On Thursday, February 3 at 7 p.m., the Mariinsky Orchestra, and soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House will be performing a joint program at the Mariinsky-3 (Dekabristov 37). Clarinetist Lev Zhuravskiy, cellist Fedor Amosov and violinist Anna Savkina, laureates of international competitions, will perform Czech composer Jan Václav Stamic' Clarinet Concerto,Schumann's Cello Concerto and  Violin Concerto No1 by Shostakovich. Audience 6+. Ticket price starts from 450 rubles.

 On Wednesday, February 9, at 7 p.m., soloist of the St. Petersburg Music House, laureate of  Tchaikovsky  competition (2019)  Alexey Melnikov    (piano) will welcome the audience at Mariinsky-3 (Dekabristov 37) to enjoy masterpieces of Chopin and Rachmaninov. Audience 18+. Ticket prices to be announced.

On Wednesday, February 9, at 7 p.m., Young Interpreters of Russia will perform at the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace (Nevsky, 41): winner of the Gnessin competition Fedor Osver (oboe), winner of the International Sperger CompetitionArsenii Gazizov (double bass), and finalist of the River of Talents projectAndrey Zubenko (violin). Accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Titov, soloists will perform J.S. Bach Concerto for Oboe, Strings and Basso Continuo; Sergei Prokofiev's Violin Concerto No. 2, Sperger's Double Bass Concerto No. 2. Audience 6+, ticket price 350-400 rubles.

On Wednesday, February 9, at 7 p.m., Mozart Violin Concerto No. 5 will be performed in the White Hall of the Polytechnic University. A recital of the Musical Team of Russia series will be held within the framework of cooperation between the St. Petersburg Music House and the Classical Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the Honored Artist of RussiaAlexander Kantorov. Solo part by  Arseniya Sibileva (violin), a laureate of international competitions. Audience 6+, ticket price 350-500 rubles.

On February 16, Wednesday, 7 p.m., the soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House cellist Aleksander Ramm and Lev Zhuravskiy (clarinet) , laureates of international competitions, will perform at the St. Petersburg State Academic Capella (Moika River Embankment, 20) . There will be Myaskovsky and Weber Concertos accompanied by the Capella Orchestra. Audience 6+. Ticket prices to be announced.

 On Sunday, February 20, at 7 p.m.,the White Hall of the Polytechnic University will host the Musical Team of Russia. A member of the programs of the St. Petersburg Music House, a finalist of the River of Talents, Timofey Kalmykov (piano) will perform with the orchestra "Classica" conducted by Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Kantorov, who will perform the famous youth concerto of Edvard Grieg - a real greeting to the coming spring.  Audience 6+, ticket price 350-500 rubles

In February, the St. Petersburg Music House is pleased to welcome guests on excursions through the Main Halls of the Alekseevsky Palace. Excursions are scheduled for 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.. Available dates: February 14, 17, 22 and 24. Weekend excursions will take place on February 26. On February 6, Sunday, at 5 p.m., soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House, winners of international competitions, violinist Ravil Islyamov and pianist Ilia Papoian  will re-present the Musical Team of Russia in Tula. Program: Magic Lake by Lyadov, Sibelius' Violin Concerto and Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3.

On Monday, February 7, at 7 p.m., a soloist of the St. Petersburg Music House, winner of international competitions, violinist Arseniya Sibileva will give a recital under the Musical Team of Russia project with the Orenburg Chamber Philharmonic in the Orenburg Tatar Drama Theater. Wednesday, February 16, at 7 p.m., a soloist of the St. Petersburg Music House, laureate of the Queen Elisabeth Competition (2021), pianist Sergei Redkin will perform Schubert and Liszt in the Moscow Zaryadye hall. The concert will be part of the program of the Musical Team of Russia Varvarka str., 6, bld. 4, Moscow. Auditorium 6+. Ticket price is 200-1000 rubles.

On Thursday, February 17, at 6.30 p.m., the St. Petersburg Music House soloists, cellist Daniil Zimin and pianist Ilia Papoian, laureates of international competitions, will perform the Musical Team of Russia at the Vyatka Philharmonic, in Kirov. Program: Romeo and Juliet, overture and Variations on the theme of Rococo by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and Rachmaninov"s Piano Concerto No. 1. Lenina, 102B, Kirov Audience 12+. On Friday, February 18, at 6.30 p.m.,Pomorskaya Philharmonic  in northern city Archangelsk will host a concert by the Musical Team of Russia. The soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House Maksim Akchurin (cello) andAlexander Kashpurin (piano) will perform works by Schumann,Poulenc,Rachmaninov and Liszt.

On February 19, Saturday, at 4.00 p.m.,The North Caucasus Philharmonic will host a recital by the Music of Stars. The soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House: the winner of the International Tchaikovsky Competition Alexey Lobikov (trombone) and international competition laureates

On February 19, Saturday, the A. F. Debol'skaya Organ and Chamber Music Hall in Sochi will host the Beethoven Marathon. The soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House, winners of international competitions, pianists Andrey Zenin, Vitaly Petrov, Elizaveta Ukrainskaya, Elizaveta Kliuchereva, Timofey Dolya, Roman Sosnin, Evgenii Evgrafov, Daniil Umnov, as well as violinist Anna Savkina and cellist Grigory Filipchenko will perform  chamber peices of the great genie. Kurortny Prospekt, 32, Sochi Audience 6+. 
 

On Tuesday, February 1, at 7.30 p.m., a Russian Tuesday  takes place in Austria's Brucknerhaus. The recital will feature the soloists of the St. Petersburg Music House Pavel Milyukov (violin) and Philipp Kopachevskiy (piano). The program includes a kaleidoscope of masterpieces of European classics: Schumann, H. Wieniawski, Debussy, Sibelius, and Liszt.
